Our expertise.
We are experienced in handling financial feasibility studies, consultant and contractor selection, capital procurement, project management, grant bidding and Homes England procedures particularly relating to the Homes England Investment Management System (IMS).
Current projects.
We are programme managers for the JV North Consortium and the Almshouse Consortium Limited, a national agency for the delivery of funding and management of almshouse schemes both remodelling and new build. Find out more
